It wasn’t but two weeks ago we noticed Schwab’s Chief Investment Strategist Liz Ann Sonders making unusually positive comments about the markets. Even Liz Ann herself commented on the “healthy dose of skepticism” her comments received. But she is nothing if not persistent.
