Man Dupes Scottrade, Nailed by FBI Cyber-Squad

A man pretending to be a Scottrade client was able to convince Scottrade brokers in Florida to liquidate several client accounts and direct more than $32,000 into his bank account. According to reports, Christopher Maury skipped town to New Zealand, but was picked up as soon as he stepped foot back in the U.S.A St. Louis-based FBI "cyber-squad" was able to track down the fraud, find the perp and recover the funds. a total of $32,020 was returned to Scottrade, which had already made the clients' accounts whole.
